Timbers Motel - Bigfork

The warm welcome from the front desk staff and the peaceful, quiet location made our brief stay perfect for relaxation after our road trip.

location short walk to the timbers motel, the lake and restaurants, and the center. the rooms with coffee pot and a mini-fridge, for instance. staff was amazing friendly, and facilities were great here. a really really nice stay on a road trip.

The breakfast had plenty of selection, the food was fab. The location was marvellous, by the river, and the bed exceptionally comfortable. Besides, it was right by the beautiful Flathead Lake as well as Kalispell and Swan Lake👍

The heated pool was inviting after a long day of outdoor activities.

The pet fee was unexpectedly high.

Really enjoyed my very comfortable stay for one night. I was upgraded to perfectly clean triple room with a comfy bed. The setting was stunning, just off Bigfork and the playhouse, the forest and popular sites.

The Superior Queen Room with Two Queen Beds offers comfortable accommodations, complete with plush towels and a small fridge and microwave. It's set on a hill.

The main disappointment came from the pool being closed, which wasn't noted on the website and was a reason for my visit. The bathroom fan emitted a loud noise that could be disruptive during nighttime. The firepit, priced separately from the stay, seems inconvenient when other places might include such amenities for their guests. It feels a bit off that you have to arrange firewood and rely on maintenance to start the fire. A little more user-friendliness would go a long way here.

great comfort but some aging

The staff members were cute. The room was clean and cozy. I also enjoyed the peaceful mountain view from the pool area. The hot tub was perfect, even if it had a few pine needles. I appreciated that the staff quickly notified me when I left a personal item behind!

It is an older motel, so those looking for modern amenities might be disappointed.

The queen room was clean and met our needs for a budget-friendly stay. While the location was convenient for accessing nearby attractions, there were no breakfast options available, disappointing. The hotel shows its age and could benefit from an update, but the friendly staff and the super clean grounds made a positive impression. I was impressed with the availability of chopped salads in the area, a nice dining option.
